A Message from Happi Yogi

A Message from Happi Yogi

We're starting with gratitude because we'd like to keep the high vibrational frequency throughout our Happi Yogi program and then embed it in our everyday lives.
Happi Yogi is a program designed to support the whole person well-being of children and families as a unit. As our children are young and impressionable it is our job to create environments where they feel safe, stable and supported.

I created Happi Yogi because I want to help individuals learn the connection between breath, body and mind. Yoga is an effective and healthy way to learn mind-body connections and build self-awareness.

Through self-awareness of the mind and body, children learn what and how they feel. They learn ways to express themselves and they feel safe in their own bodies.
It is our goal and mission to support youth in ways that allow them to be creative, expressive and whole.

With love and gratitude,
Happi Yogi
