Planting Seeds for Success

The Rise of the Seeds You Plant- May 24, 2024 (original)

It's spring and it's such a beautiful time!

Spring is a season where we see growth. I’m focusing on growth as we come out of the dormant winter months. I want to share some life lessons I've learned and applied in the past 12 months which have helped me grow.

Some seeds I’ve planted that I know will grow and help you grow.

  • Lesson 1 - Do the best you can. That's all you can do. No one can expect more of you. Your best is more than enough.
  • Lesson 2 -Be happy. There is nothing in life worth sacrificing your happiness. Your happiness is directly linked to your energy. Your energy has to be good to receive life's blessings. If you are happy, more happiness will come to you.
  • Lesson 3 - Grow 1% every day. What do you want out of life? Find a way to work towards growing towards what you want 1% every day. Small gains compound with time and before you know it you will have grown 100% and then 1,000%. It will keep going. Never stop growing.
  • Lesson 4 - Follow your intuition. The worst lessons for me are the ones when I didn't listen to my intuition. I've had to take some huge lessons and losses from not following my inner guide/intuition. Your intuition is that voice or sign that comes from somewhere inside you. You receive an unexpected message. It could be an uncomfortable feeling in your gut, a voice you hear in your mind's eye or an energy shift in your body. Learn to follow that guide. Your intuition will save you and lead you where you need to go. It's a feeling or voice you will understand and should learn to trust.
  • Lesson 5 - Trust: What's meant for you will find you. You don't have to force what’s meant for you. It has a way of finding you.

Do all the things above, be happy, grow 1% every day, listen to your inner guide and you will find your desires. Let the things that are meant for you flow to you with ease and grace. It will feel go(o)d. Trust the divine.

When you plant seeds on the inside, they grow like a plant. It may take time to see physical growth, but with time you will see the gains. Care for the ground where you plant your seeds, yourself. Be patient with yourself, water and nourish yourself, get some sun and have fun. You are growing and flourishing.

Lessons that Lead to the Rise of the Seeds Part 2 -May 31, 2024, (original)

Plant these seeds and you will reap a beautiful harvest.

  • Be in the present moment. How to be present: Let the past go and don’t constantly worry about the future. Being in the present moment makes life simpler and more pleasurable. The past is the past is gone, don't let it ruin your present. The future isn’t here, so focus on your now. If you focus on your now, then you can create your future.
  • Face your shadows. - Coming to terms with our shadows is not the same as living in the past. Things we bury deep within are unhealed wounds. Unhealed wounds have to come to the surface to be dissolved. Our shadows mold us and allow us to receive the gifts the universe has intended for us. Coming to terms with my shadows led to my self-acceptance, finding my purpose and gifts and living fully in the present. Our shadows shape us so much that we shouldn't run from them; they are a gift and have to be dealt with so that we learn our life's purpose.
  • Learn to heal- Face your shadows so that you can heal and grow through them. If you heal you won’t keep repeating the same lesson.
  • Learn to master yourself- This is a part of your healing. Learn yourself so that you can master yourself; once you master yourself you won’t repeat lessons, your become a conqueror, even an alchemist.
  • You are worthy of big blessings - Sometimes we attract (manifest) blessings but don’t dream big enough or we know how to retain them. It’s a nervous system response to feel unsafe or unsettled (nervous) when something good and unexpected comes into your life. Learn to dream big and fully accept the big blessings. Believing you are worthy allows you to attract (manifest) great things. Learn to feel safe with good things, so you can maintain and retain them. Attaining, maintaining and retaining good things are directly tied to self-worth. You are worthy.

These are the seeds I’ve planted. It’s not all of them but it’s enough to share. Enjoy your spring and the blessings it brings. Summer is approaching and there is still time to plant more seeds and create a beautiful harvest.
